NEET PG is a qualifying-cum-ranking examination for admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses in medical institutions recognized for running these courses under ambit of Post Graduate Medical Education Regulations. NEET PG examination shall be held in 5th January 2020 for admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses session 2020-21 and conducted as a Computer Based Test.

Duration : candidates 3 hours and 30 minutes to solve the paper.
Mode of exam:
the exam will be held in computer based mode.
question paper will only be available in the English language.
Total Number of question:
there will be 300 questions in the exam.
Type of questions:
all the questions will be of multiple choice type.

Parts in the exam:
The question paper shall be divided into 3 parts (Part A, B and C) each containing 50, 100, 150 MCQs respectively.
Marking scheme:
candidate get 4 marks for correct answer and for marking     incorrect answer negative marking 1 mark is done &
0 mark is for Unattempted Question

The exam shall be conducted on a single day in a single session.

Negative Marking: There shall be 25% negative marking for incorrect answers.
